Wheel Block

Wheel blocks is composed by wheel pcs, wheel shaft, bearing, bearing box and other accessories. Wheel blocks are mainly used on crane, transfer cart, ladle crane and other traveling mechanism.

Wheel blocks are widely used, our wheel blocks can be custom-designed based on customer requirement and drawings. Currently the wheel blocks used on cranes are mainly include: Angle bearing box form wheel blocks, circular bearing box wheel blocks, non bolted joint bearing box form wheel blocks. 

Wheel pcs adopt high quality forged steel, it's 42CrMo, AISI4140, 41Cr4, A504, SSW-Q1R, 65Mn, 1045, 1055, 1060, 1070, and cast iron 400, 500, 600, 700 brands for customer's choice; 

Wheel shaft adopt high quality steel with material 45#, 40Cr, 42CrMo; After quenching and tempering heat treatment process, the wheels and wheel shaft obtain the appropriate organization and achieve the desired strength, toughness and hardness, so that the products can get maximum performance; 

Bearing selected international brands like SKF, FAG, NTN, NSK, TMK, domestic brands like HRB, LYC, ZWZ etc and other high-quality bearings, to ensure the transmission efficiency and service life; 

Bearing box use 35#, 45#, HT200, QT400 and other materials to ensure that the bearing box strength and carrying capacity.
