Single Girder Gantry Crane

Single girder gantry crane is a middle and small size lifting equipment which runs at rails. It's mainly composed of gantry, hoisting mechanism,traveling mechanism and electric control part. With the electric hoist as histing mechanism, it runs along the lower flange of the I steel of the girder. The girder is of box-shape structure and truss structure. The box shape structure has good techniques and easy fabrication, and the truss type is light in dead weight and strong is wind resistance. The gantry crane features light dead weight, simple structure and easy installation and maintenance, so it's applicable to outdoor operational sites and medium and small lifting load for general handling such as factories, mines, freight yards and warehouses. It has three operation modes: ground handle, wireless remote control and cab room.
